      • Annual maintenance cost statement for the previous year
      • Inspection report for electric installations
      • Energy performance certificate

    How we can support you
    in your search for the right property

    • When you’re not quite sure what type of property is right for you, or you’re considering different options, we’ll help you define your requirements
    • We’ll advise you what to be alert to when searching for a property, and we’ll clarify all the legal requirements and implications when renting or buying (e.g. the VRUG, FAGG, dual agency, ancillary costs)
    • Together we’ll compile a selection of corresponding properties – to rent, buy, or as an investment
    • We’ll set up viewing appointments to suit your busy schedule
    • We’ll enter you into our database so you’ll be the first to know when new properties come on the market
    • We’ll work together with other real estate agents if we don’t have the right property on our books
    • We’ll do due diligence to ensure all documentation is in order
    • Once you’ve decided on a property, we’ll draft the offer agreement and clarify the “small print“ so that you know exactly what you’re signing and what the next steps are
    • We’ll take into account any special requirements that are particularly important to you and we’ll try to find an equitable solution for both parties
    • If you need help with financing, we can recommend mortgage brokers and lenders
    • Once you’ve got the go-ahead to proceed, we’ll advise you on the purchase or rental agreement
    • We’ll accompany you to the contract signing
    • We’ll accompany you to the property handover
    • We’ll provide a residence registration form (Meldezettel) and help you register
    • We’ll register you with the utility companies
    • We’ll draft a handover protocol and support you after you take possession of the property should problems arise
